Computer Resources

General Labs

The AccessPoint Labs (149 TMCB and 150 TMCB) are for use by anyone in the BYU community. To use these computers, students et al must have a Route Y password or BYU NetID. If a class is using a lab, students not in the class will need to use another lab.

Lab Population

  • The lab in 149 TMCB (picture) has 36 AccessPoint Dell GX280 PC's.
  • The lab in 150 TMCB (picture) has 33 AccessPoint Dell GX280 PC's

Research Lab

The Mathematics Undergraduate Research Mentoring Lab in 2200A TMCB has two PCs with Windows XP Pro, three Macintosh G5 systems with Tiger, and a seven node Mac G5 Xgrid. These machines are for use by mathematics faculty and their students.
