Lisa Norton, a graduate of the BYU Department of Mathematics and the BYU Law School, is a patent lawyer and adjunct professor of patent law at George Mason University. She has served as a member of the US Department of Commerce’s Patent Public Advisory Committee and as a policy advisor to the US Senate. Ms. Norton currently focuses her practice on patent issues related to computer hardware and software, including medical software.
