Event Timeline
Monday, August 3111:00 AM — Kickoff in the MathLab
We will introduce the hackathon, explain how to choose a job description, and help students begin shaping project ideas.
Monday, August 31, 11:00 AM–11:00 PMParticipant Support Room: 290 TMCB
Snacks, drinks, and first aid supplies will be available for participants. This room will remain open until 11:00 PM.
Tuesday, September 19:00 AM — 290 TMCB Reopens
Snacks, drinks, and first aid supplies will be available again for participants.
Tuesday, September 111:00 AM — Final Presentations in 1170 TMCB
Students will present their completed projects. We will email participants with instructions to sign up for presentation time slots.
12:00–1:00 PM — Resume Workshop and Pizza
While judges deliberate, Heidi Jarvis will present on how to update your resume or CV with your project information. Pizza will also be served during this time.
After Heidi’s Presentation — Awards
Awards will be given after the resume presentation and judging deliberation.
